Never have I ever #amilikey

Hey Hey Hey !!! I am here on the most important platform of the web (for me). I love writing and blogging is just another form of writing to share with my beautiful audience out there. Recently, I have been pondering on how to improve my blogging habits, and I came up with a reasonable quota to adhere by from now on. It is hereby determined that I am to post one blog a week on Saturdays-- one per week is the required standard. I figured Saturdays should be the easiest day to comply with regardless of my new work schedule. I want to make a commitment to myself that I can set up a healthy routine for me to follow to make progress on all of my personal goals.      I am not just here to ramble pretty words to captivate the audience in the off-chance that I might gain traffic for profit. Obviously, I want this humble blog to be as successful as possible, but apart from the increase in views it's knowing that my message is reaching thousands per day or more. My mess...

Steping out in Faith #Amilikey

Good Evening to the western hemisphere of this world!!!! I know I am absolutely always extra, but I cannot be otherwise anything other than me. I have enjoyed these past few weeks of intermission to my lifetime. You may be wondering as to what I am referring to, but if you followed my YouTube channel a bit more closely you'd be in the loop.  No worries-- I am here to tell all and be a blogger. Major Lol. My blogging does not met the literary standards of grammatical punctuation and all the fancy jargon that texts follow. However, I can reassure you I bring the context to life and I speak from my aorta. I've always enjoyed writing since I was probably in fifth grade when I got my first official diary as a Christmas gift. I felt so empowered to be able to write out my thoughts and experiences to later recapitulate. I would write in my diary probably on a weekly basis-- mostly about the boys I had a crush on and stupid girls drama in school. As I got older, the amount of respons...

Runner's Surprise #Amilikey

Good Afternoon my beautiful cybernetic stranger friends,           I am keeping my promise this time around and posting as much blogs before I am once again successfully part of the workforce.  In more full disclosure to the previous topic, I honestly had been wanting to quit that job since after the very first month of working there!! I know that sounds like a shocker given how long I lasted (24 months) but it really is the truth about how I felt there. I knew I had to give it my best shot and see it through for at least a year, and then start seeing new avenues -- it took a whole year to realize it wasn't ever going to get better for me.      Anyways that is not the topic of this blog post I bring to you today. Back in June 10th, 2023 I ran my second in person 5K at the Al Lopez Park in Tampa. I was so excited to beat my previous time and once again experience the adrenaline of finishing the race as fast as I could. Drum roll ple...

Summer 2023 Update #Amilikey

Image
Good Afternoon my beautiful followers aka my three subscribers!!! I am truly astonished that I have only posted two other blogs this entire year of 2023. We are past the half way mark and in more than six months I have only posted two blogs—that is unacceptable and also alarming to me. It still befuddles me to even think I neglected something that I love so dearly like writing and blogging. I also finally got the official count for last years blogs to a also very upsetting total of seven blogs total.          There really are no valid excuses for this occurrence, because I have Wi-Fi at home and a basic small laptop that can allow me to blog whenever. I do emphasize that my prior engagement as a front office specialist in a medical facility occupied like over 60- 80% of my free time past my scheduled work hours. Perhaps it wasn’t those exact numbers, but it sure felt like it as I ended the workday with exhaustion. I never knew it would ta...

February Tell All #amilikey

Good evening, I had a blast in February from beginning to end--- literally guys!!! It was also Black History Month and of course I took the initiative to celebrate it at work. I was able to purchase 3 nice t-shirts to share with my black colleagues, and we had a nice potluck as well. I've always felt more in common with black people because we are both minorities. Overall, I appreciate how hard they have had to work and I have never seen them as indifferent or less because of their skin color. I hope to one day be in a position to be able to really help them out and nurture their growth without suppressing them.  I was able to experience a Dolphin Tour in Clearwater Beach as well as eating real octopus for the very first time. The small small portion cost 18 dollars but it was delicious for sure. If I had realized we were right in front of the beach, I would have scheduled the tour earlier to be able to then enjoy swimming in the beach. Something ironic happened when I though...

Hello 2023 #amilikey

Good Day Bloggers!! We have officially made it into 2023!!! Unbelievable how time just keeps flying in the blink of an eye. I started off the year strong with a 5K training session and then somehow in between caught the common cold. After I finally recovered from it, I am starting to plan out the next few weeks endeavors. Since last year when I saw the announcement, I was so excited and thrilled to see an in-person 5K race. Previously, I had done a virtual 5K on  my own and it was exciting as well.      I have officially registered as of today and I cannot wait for the amazing day to come. If you would like to participate, please feel free to visit the link and find out more about this upcoming event in April 2023.  https://runsignup.com/Race/FL/Tampa/tampafirefighters. As a burn survivor myself, this was a match made in heaven for me to take part in as it raises funds for burn victims. T-shirts will be included in the registration fee and t...

Vacay in Full #amilikey

Yo yo, what's popping? Nah, who in the shenanigans is this persona? Not me, I was just trying to be playful as always. I know I am not consistent with my blogs in terms of posting on a weekly basis or something near to it, but when I finally get to it -- it's worth the read.      After all my life, I finally had a mini vacation all to myself, because of course I am single like a lonely pringle. Nonetheless, I did enjoy myself on this adventure. I was able to book a hotel for three straight nights in Brandon Florida. While the hotel had this amazing pool with a mini water cascade and sprinkler; I also found the facility for indoor skydiving nearby.      On my first night, I was super excited and went to the pool around 6pm I believe and swam for about an hour. I needed to get some dinner so I ventured out on foot to see what stores were nearby. As I surveyed the land, I spotted a Wendy's and a gas station-- ended up getting a 4 for 5 dol...
