Summer Updates #Amilikey

      So my people I’ve been doing really good overall!!! I as always wish more people viewed my content on this blog, but for various reasons I know that audience is dormant for now. I am currently eagerly waiting for my shift change to come to pass at work. When I first signed on, I had no idea becoming a full time night owl would harm my health the way it has thus far. And before you make the wrong assumptions, let me just pin point what I am referring to: my glucose level is too high or on the incline. I had my annual physical and my A1C is at a 6.0 which is pre-diabetic range. My PCP gave me an ultimatum of either starting meds or improving my A1C in four months with diet and exercise. I said absolutely not going to take meds for something I can improve and get under control. I do admit I love food and excess portions of it obviously does harm to anyone, but eating at night when you’re suppose to be sleeping has had an impact on my glucose for sure.    ...

  💖 I am now literally just browsing through past blogs to gain ideas of what I can further elaborate on and add more to because I am still 16 blogs away from the goal. I can't believe I am torturing myself this way, when all I had to do is be consistent throughout the year. Anyways we are here now and there is no returning to do it right all over again.      I haven't felt the hand cramping, but the small tight bootie is for sure hurting from sitting. After this one, I am definitely taking a small intermission. I know this is the most delicate and intimate part of my life, but I wanted to speak it out into existence to create the awareness and also to speak it into existence. I have always grown up in the faith and I genuinely saw my former pastor as a grandpa figure when he was alive. Spring Semester Updates #amilikey

       Hey my beloved people!!! I am happy to announce I am successfully enrolled in my prerequisites for nursing online at HCC. I am doing very well for the very first week and two days. Major Lol. I have already done an easy extra credit assignment and I have been checking the online canvas almost every day! The feeling I get when I am immersed in my college work truly feels great. I even had a hard time keeping my introduction paragraphs short because obviously I can talk about myself nonstop. Also, that is the writer inside of me wanting to express every little detail of my return to college.      I was questioning why two of my courses hadn't published any assignments. I started getting a bit concerned like did I not complete the registration as it should be or something else is missing.
